You have an idea…and perhaps you are unsure of where to start. Contact us and together we will have a consultation about your event and examine your requirements. With a review of your dates, the venue, the vibe, your guests and your budget, together, we’ll make it shine. We do this every day…so all questions can be answered.

2 — Quote

We will create a bespoke quote for you. Once you’re happy, the plan is underway. To secure your booking we require a 20% deposit.

3 — Setup

Our highly professional team will liaise with the venue to organise, setup and install our expert equipment. We will be there throughout the event and every step of the way! If you have any questions… we’re right there!

4 — Enjoy

You can rest assured our expert team will be with you from the very start, setting up, making the magic, and making sure everything goes to plan. We build it, light it, turn it up, you sit back and enjoy your night…knowing you made the best choice with A1 Events.
